<p><i>L&rsquo;attivazione dell&rsquo;addebito diretto potrà essere richiesta </i><b><i>esclusivamente attraverso l&rsquo;apposita funzione disponibile nel portale Linkmate</i></b><i>.</i></p>

<p><i>Invitiamo gli utenti interessati a consultare la propria area riservata su </i><b><i>Linkmate</i></b><i> per procedere con l&rsquo;abilitazione del servizio e ricevere ulteriori istruzioni operative.</i></p>

<p><em>Per l&rsquo;attivazione dell&rsquo;addebito diretto ai fini del pagamento del saldo TARI 2026, la richiesta di delega dovrà essere effettuata entro il 30 settembre 2026.</em></p>

<p><strong><span><span><span><span><span>Ancona Entrate in questi giorni sta inviando ai contribuenti l&rsquo;apposito avviso di pagamento acconto TARI, contenente il modello di pagamento PagoPA precompilato da pagare presso qualsiasi sportello postale o bancario, tabaccai abilitati o attraverso i servizi di home banking.</span></span></span></span></span></strong></p>

<p><span><span><span><span><strong><span><span>In caso di smarrimento o mancato recapito, è possibile scaricare copia dell&rsquo;avviso di pagamento e del modello PagoPA accedendo allo sportello telematico <a href="https://linkmatesec.servizienti.it/LinkmateSec/?c=0095&e=A271">Linkmate</a></span></span></strong><span><span>. I cittadini possono accedere ed utilizzare </span></span><span><a href="https://linkmatesec.servizienti.it/LinkmateSec/?c=0095&e=A271"><span><span><span><span>LinkMate</span></span></span></span></a></span><span><span> 24 ore su 24, 365 giorni all&rsquo;anno, usufruendo dei servizi con semplicità, immediatezza, senza scomodità e soprattutto con l&rsquo;eliminazione delle code allo sportello. Linkmate è accessibile tramite SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) o CIE (Carta d&rsquo;identità elettronica). <a href="https://linkmatesec.servizienti.it/LinkmateSec/?c=0095&e=A271">ACCEDI a LINKMATE</a></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Inoltre, Ancona Entrate notifica gli <strong>avvisi di pagamento TARI tramite l&rsquo;app IO</strong>. Gli utenti che abbiano scaricato l&rsquo;app sul proprio smartphone ed autorizzato la ricezione delle notifiche, riceveranno un messaggio su IO con l</span></span>&rsquo;avviso di pagamento della TARI. Questo consentirà all&rsquo;utente di effettuare il pagamento direttamente in-app, previa registrazione del metodo di pagamento preferito (carta, app o altri strumenti disponibili) nella sezione Portafoglio di IO. Si tratta di un servizio aggiuntivo, volto anche ad agevolare il pagamento attraverso una modalità semplice, veloce e sicura. Questo consentirà all&rsquo;utente di effettuare il pagamento direttamente in-app, previa registrazione del metodo di pagamento preferito (carta, app o altri strumenti disponibili) nella sezione Portafoglio di IO. Si tratta di un servizio aggiuntivo, volto anche ad agevolare il pagamento attraverso una modalità semplice, veloce e sicura. Per accedere all&rsquo;app IO è necessario aver attivato l&rsquo;identità digitale SPID.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Si informa, inoltre, che la 2° RATA a SALDO scadrà il 2 DICEMBRE 2026. Il saldo è determinato a conguaglio sull&rsquo;intera annualità applicando le tariffe deliberate per l&rsquo;anno 2026. Anche per il versamento di quest&rsquo;ultima rata, i contribuenti riceveranno una lettera informativa contenente il modello di pagamento PagoPA precompilato.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

"La posizione TARI risulta irregolare. È richiesto un suo tempestivo contatto al numero: 89347716 per evitare aggravamenti."</p>

<p>Si precisa che tale messaggio non è in alcun modo riconducibile ad Ancona Entrate Srl né al Comune di Ancona e che si tratta di un tentativo di truffa.</p>

<p>Si invitano pertanto gli utenti a non rispondere al messaggio, a non contattare il numero indicato e a non fornire alcun dato personale.</p>

<p>Si ricorda che Ancona Entrate Srl comunica esclusivamente tramite canali ufficiali (posta ordinaria, PEC, portale istituzionale) e non richiede mai di essere ricontattata con urgenza tramite numeri di cellulare o numeri a pagamento.</p>

<title><![CDATA[IMU 2025 - RAVVEDIMENTO OPEROSO Ti sei dimenticato di pagare il saldo IMU 2025?  Ecco le informazioni per regolarizzarsi.]]></title>

<p><span><span><span><span>I contribuenti </span><span>che non hanno eseguito il regolare versamento dell&rsquo;IMU nei termini di legge </span><span>possono SPONTANEAMENTE regolarizzare la propria posizione pagando l&rsquo;imposta, gli interessi calcolati al tasso legale con maturazione giorno per giorno (2,00% dal 01/01/2025) e la sanzione amministrativa nella misura ridotta.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Non è possibile avvalersi del ravvedimento nei casi in cui la violazione sia già stata constatata, ovvero siano iniziati accessi, ispezioni o altre attività di verifica delle quali il contribuente abbia avuto formale conoscenza (questionari o accertamenti già notificati).</span></span><span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<title><![CDATA[Agevolazione TARI per le famiglie degli studenti universitari fuori sede]]></title>

<p><strong>Il Comune di Ancona ha introdotto un&#39;importante novità in materia di TARI</strong>: all&#39;interno della delibera consiliare n. 70 del 19/06/2025 relativa alle variazioni tariffarie, discussa e approvata questa mattina in Consiglio Comunale, è stata inserita un&rsquo;agevolazione specifica per le famiglie degli studenti universitari anconetani fuori sede.</p>

<p>A partire dalla data della richiesta, le famiglie potranno dimostrare che il proprio figlio o la propria figlia risiede stabilmente in un altro Comune per motivi di studio e che già paga la TARI nello stesso Comune di domicilio universitario. In questo modo sarà possibile evitare la doppia imposizione tariffaria, fino ad oggi applicata.</p>

<p>Per avere l&rsquo;agevolazione <strong>occorre presentare ad Anconaentrate copia del certificato di iscrizione universitaria</strong>,<strong> copia del contratto di locazione o altro titolo equivalente e copia della ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento annuale della TARI del Comune di domicilio</strong>.</p>

N.B. La dichiarazione IMU deve essere presentata anche nel caso di esenzione per gli immobili occupati abusivamente e, in siffatta ipotesi, deve essere trasmessa esclusivamente in via telematica (Art. 1, comma 759, lett. g-bis, della legge n. 160 del 2019). </p>

<title><![CDATA[AVVISO SU ESENZIONE IMU  OBBLIGO DICHIARATIVO]]></title>

<p>Occorre ricordare l&rsquo;orientamento della Corte di cassazione, e, in particolare dell&rsquo;ordinanza n. 519/2022 ove si rimarca che la disposizione del comma 769 dell&rsquo;art.1 della legge 160/2019 non ha abrogato la norma del Dl 102/2013, il cui comma 5-<em>bis</em> dell&rsquo;art. 2 ha stabilito che, ai fini dell&rsquo;applicazione del beneficio dell&rsquo;esenzione dell&rsquo;Imposta per i beni merce, gli alloggi sociali e gli immobili posseduti dagli appartenenti alle forze armate, il soggetto passivo è tenuto a presentare, a pena di decadenza, la dichiarazione IMU, utilizzando il modello ministeriale, con la quale attesta il possesso dei requisiti e indica gli identificativi catastali degli immobili ai quali si applica l&rsquo;esenzione,</p>

<p>Ordinanza n. 37385 del 2022, nella quale si legge che «il principio della decadenza da un beneficio fiscale in assenza del compimento di un onere di comunicazione espressamente previsto dalla legge è del resto un principio generale del diritto tributario (si veda Cassazione n.21465 del 2020; Cassazione n. 5190 del 2022), come pure lo è quello secondo cui le norme di esenzione, in quanto norme che fanno eccezione rispetto a principi generali, non sono applicabili in via analogica»,</p>

<p>Anche il Ministero dell&rsquo;Economia e Finanza, espressosi attraverso telefisco 2023, ritiene che nella nuova IMU, per l&rsquo;applicazione dell&rsquo;esenzione prevista per i cosiddetti beni merce (art.1, comma 751 della legge 160/2019), nonché per i fabbricati di civile abitazione destinati ad alloggi sociali (art.1, comma 741, lettera c, n. 3, della legge 160/2019) e per gli immobili appartenenti alle Forze armate e alle Forze di polizia ad ordinamento militare e da quello dipendente delle Forze di polizia ad ordinamento civile, nonché dal personale del Corpo nazionale dei vigili del fuoco e dal personale appartenente alla carriera prefettizia (art.1, comma 741, lettera c, n. 5, della legge 160/2019), l&rsquo;assolvimento dell&rsquo;obbligo dichiarativo è necessario per ottenere il relativo beneficio fiscale.</p>

<p>È quindi in questa nuova ottica che deve essere letta la disposizione contenuta nell&rsquo;art.1, comma 769, ultimo periodo, della legge 160/2019, secondo il quale in «ogni caso, ai fini dell&rsquo;applicazione dei benefìci di cui al comma 741, lettera c), numeri 3) e 5), e al comma 751, terzo periodo, il soggetto passivo attesta nel modello di dichiarazione il possesso dei requisiti prescritti dalle norme».</p>
